Ms. San Pecson is a seasoned HR professional from Metro Manila, Philippines with more than 20 years of leadership experience in top multinational and local companies such as Procter & Gamble, Hewlett-Packard, WeGen Energy and Rockwell Land Corporation.  She specializes in Training/L&D, Recruitment/Executive Search, Talent Management, Organizational and Leadership Development and Culture-Building.

As a private consultant, she has served clients (from micro-businesses and SME's to large corporations) in the following industries: Real Estate, Health, Food & Beverage, IT, BPO, Marketing, FMCG, and Furniture.  She has also served international SME clients.   

Additionally, Sansan is an e-commerce entrepreneur with her own line of personal and home accessories.
